Chris is the founder of Stellar Business Consulting and a master business consultant with 20 years of training, educating and coaching business owners and executives on how to position their businesses for scalable growth. Over his career, Chris has used the same skills and experience he’s applied to his own businesses to train hundreds of small-to-medium businesses around the world how to build equity value and sustainability
Meegan is a tenacious self-starter with experience in business ownership, management and commercial property consultancy. Her inherent ability to foster relationships has helped Meegan build a strong network of connections – a valuable asset for Stellar’s team and clients. Meegan heads up Stellar’s finance and infrastructure team.
Stellar Consulting thrives on the entrepreneurial spirit, and Lucy is no exception. With a passion for coaching, she’s a co-founder of her own business helping high school students during their transition to university. Lucy keeps the Stellar team in check and is responsible for diary management and planning, client support and administration.
James has the unique blend of owning businesses for 30+ years and having developed growth solutions for over 200 multi-sector businesses. With experience working with industry in the UK, Middle East and Australia, he is passionate about supporting leaders to achieve their vision through linking commercial and cultural strategies with robust implementation plans.
Andy brings a breadth of practitioner experience to Stellar, senior roles within blue-chip brands including Land Rover; more recently leading medium and smaller businesses through rapid growth; and the last 8 years in Consulting.
Andy is passionate about the power of great brands and their ability to build equity value and transform businesses through the people within the organisation. He’s known for his calm and collected approach and an ability to align teams together for a faster and more profitable implementation of their brand and business strategy.
Aalok is a former Banker, Business & HRD Head. He led Businesses for fifteen years (with MNCs like American Express) before he transitioned into Human Resources Development (HRD) as the Asia Pacific Head (for HSBC) over the next decade. He has worked with scores of SMEs to help them optimize their processes as a consultant & structure their finances as a Banker. Now, he is driven to help them Grow!
As former CEO for her family's business and an ex-client of Chris Dionne, Melbourne-based consultant Lauren brings a unique perspective to the team and real empathy for the client journey. Lauren’s speciality is in working with family and owner-managed enterprises and supporting people, families and businesses to achieve greater success and contentment.
Mike’s 25-year career as a finance and treasury professional includes 16 years in commercial real estate working for top 50 ASX property trusts, including DEXUS and Westfield. Mike’s last executive role was GM, Group Treasury at DEXUS. His other roles at DEXUS included Head of Finance Transformation and Head of Strategic Planning.
Danny brings 25 years of management consulting and industry experience to Stellar. He has a diverse background in engineering, corporate finance and consulting and has worked with some of Australia's leading companies to drive strategy and transformational change. Danny now applies his skills to small-to-medium businesses, helping them implement change to realise their growth potential.
Colin’s passion is to help business owners make better business decisions.
His experience gained over more than 26 years in the retail business and over 9 years as a Business Coach empowers him with a vast and varied experience in the business arena.
Colin’s works with clients in Food Manufacturing, Commercial Landscaping and Gardening, IT Industry, Chartered Accountants, Financial Planners, Legal Practices and Construction and Commercial Fit-outs.
Colin enjoys working with enthusiastic, dedicated and driven business people that are eager to grow and succeed.
With 25+ years of hands on executive finance and operational leadership experience optimising and growing organisations in competitive markets, Andrew has consistently closed the gap between business intent and successful strategy implementation.
His multi sector career with Griffin Group, Heytesbury Group, CSI and other privately owned organisations has been characterised by building strategy, infrastructure, teams and processes to deliver major performance turnarounds and profit uplifts.
As a CPA, Andrew has a strong grasp of commercial realities and how to address the challenges facing businesses in each phase of their business development cycle .
